MEOGROUP Belgium is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Project Lead to drive optimization and transformation of delivery processes across client engagements. The role intersects Supply Chain, Project Management and Process Improvement to deliver measurable benefits.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years' experience, a Master’s degree or equivalent, and strong workshop facilitation. ERP/SAP exposure is valuable, with fluency in French, Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Project Management or Process Improvement.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong experience in Supply Chain process analysis, modelling and optimization.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent workshop and meeting facilitation skills.
• Good knowledge of ERP/SAP environments is a strong asset, but not core.
• Experience in transport, industrial or similar sectors is appreciated.
• Good command of Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and map existing and future Supply Chain processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose concrete solutions.
• Organize and facilitate workshops with various stakeholders.
• Coordinate interactions between business teams and different stakeholders.
• Define and monitor KPIs and performance indicators.
• Support the implementation of new processes and tools.
• Occasionally participate in projects related to SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Contribute to change management, communication and documentation of new processes.
• Participate in testing and validation phases when required.

Your mission

As part of the evolution of its Supply Chain organization, MEOGROUP, on behalf of its client, is looking for a Supply Chain Project Lead to support the teams in optimizing and transforming their processes.

You will have a transversal role at the intersection of Supply Chain, Project Management and Process Improvement.

• Analyze and map existing and future Supply Chain processes.
