Talencia Consulting is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Domain Leader to join a major ERP transformation project in Belgium. You will own the Supply Chain scope within the ERP program, ensuring the future solution supports operational processes and business requirements.

You will combine hands-on supply chain and ERP experience with strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, coordinating Key Users and driving data, process and change activities across the end-to-end supply chain.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in end-to-end Supply Chain and procurement processes.
• Ability to own and drive domain scope within ERP transformation projets.
• Strong data management skills for master data and data migrations.
• Proven ability to coordinate with Key Users and business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own Supply Chain functional scope within the ERP transformation and align with business requirements.
• Analyse As-Is processes and define To-Be processes with improvements.
• Validate ERP solution against operational needs and procurement practices.
• Ensure end-to-end supply chain consistency and data integrity during migration.
• Lead testing approach and oversee UAT with business stakeholders.
• Coach Key Users and support change management throughout go-live.
