delaware BeLux is seeking a Junior Supply Chain and IT Consultant to connect people, processes, business objectives and technology in client projects across Belgium. You'll translate business needs into ERP context, work closely with senior colleagues, and help ensure user adoption during deployment.

You'll start with onboarding and structured training, joining a Talent Team that supports your growth and mentors the next intake. A driver’s license and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or young professional with up to 1–2 years of experience in supply chain or ERP projects.
• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering Science, or Industrial Engineering.
• Interest in ERP solutions (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics) and business-IT alignment.
• Strong communication, empathy and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, plus English; a driver’s license is required.

Responsabilités

• Join workshops with client teams to uncover how they really work.
• Translate insights into clear process blueprints within an ERP context.
• Bridge business needs with IT by collaborating with functional and technical experts.
• Support change management and user adoption during ERP deployments.
• Work on projects across production, warehousing, procurement, and sales.
