Talencia seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a major ERP transformation focused on Supply Chain processes in Bruxelles and La Louvière. The role coordinates functional and technical teams, acting as the central point between business stakeholders, analysts, IT and implementation partners, ensuring alignment with scope, planning and quality.

The ideal candidate has strong ERP project experience and can manage multiple stakeholders across parallel workstreams while driving the analysis phase

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex ERP projects in multinational environments.
• Strong coordination and communication across business, IT and partners.
• Ability to structure functional analysis activities and manage dependencies.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of overall ERP project planning and coordination.
• Coordinate multiple functional and technical workstreams.
• Define and monitor milestones, deliverables, dependencies and priorities.
• Ensure teams stay aligned with project objectives.
• Organise project meetings, workshops and follow-up sessions.
• Monitor progress, risks and blockers and escalate as needed.
• Ensure effective communication between business, IT and implementation partners.
• Provide regular status reporting to management and stakeholders.
