Sanofi in Geel seeks a SC Digital Solutions Lead to manage and optimize SAP and digital tools within the Site domain. You will bridge end users and global teams, ensuring system performance, data integrity, and compliance with cGMP and SOX.

You will lead UAT, training, and rollout of digital initiatives across the site. Ideal candidates have a Master’s in SCM, 5+ years in SC ops with projects, and strong skills in SAP (Athena, iShift), Kinaxis, NOVA, and Sanetiq.

• Master's degree in SCM, Logistics or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain operations with project management experience.
• Expert knowledge of SAP and SC systems (Athena, iShift, Kinaxis, NOVA, Sanetiq).

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support daily usage of SAP and SC IT tools, acting as primary contact for end users.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate digital project rollouts and change management.
• Develop and deliver training programs and maintain SOPs for applications in scope.
• Drive process improvement and ensure SOX and cGMP compliance.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Global SC, CoE, GSP, and BPO teams.

# **SC Digital Solutions Lead****Location:** Geel **Reports to:** Vicky Didden --- ## **About Sanofi** We at Sanofi are chasing the miracles of science to improve people's lives. Our Site Supply Chain Planning Team ensures supply of Medicines and Vaccinations to customers and patients across 111 markets. --- ## **Position Overview** The SC Digital Solutions Lead manages and optimizes SAP and digital solutions within the Site domain (mainly Supply Chain and MF), bridging end users and global teams to ensure optimal system performance. A thorough knowledge of the different site processes + cGMP rules & guidelines is an absolute must in this position. ---## ## **Main Accountabilities** • Manage and support daily usage of SAP (Athena, iShift) and SC IT tools (Kinaxis, FaCT, NOVA, Sanetiq, SCeye); act as primary contact between end users and IT teamsbe the first “problem solving” assistance person when issues occur. = you are the site BSO•Act as Key Users leader at the site• Develop and deliver training programs and maintain SOPs for all applications in scope• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate digital project rollouts and change management• Drive process improvement initiatives and system quality monitoring; ensure compliance with SOX and cGMP regulations• Manage stakeholder relationships across Global SC, CoE, GSP, and BPO teams• Manage user access (creation, reactivation, termination) for Athena, NOVA, and Sanetiq accounts• Act as main contact person during audits for questions related to SAP Athena System (f.e. traceability, account management, data integrity, ...)• Act as SME during projects & support the implementation of SAP Athena related features f.e. Plant 3 project ## **Requirements** **Experience & Education**• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent• 5+ years in Supply Chain operations with project management experience **Technical Skills**• Expert knowledge of SAP and SC systems (Athena, iShift, Kinaxis, NOVA, Sanetiq)• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills• High sense of responsibility, delivering precise and high-quality work, realistic attitude with a critical touch, can inspire others to take action **Languages**• Fluent English and local site language (Dutch), knowledge of French is a plus
