Sanofi, a global biopharma leader, seeks a SC Digital Solutions Lead to optimize SAP and digital tools across the Site domain. You bridge end users with global IT teams and ensure site processes align with cGMP standards.

Key responsibilities include leading UAT, rolling out digital projects, and maintaining SOPs while driving process improvements and stakeholder alignment with Global SC, CoE, and BPO teams. Fluent English and Dutch are preferred.

Formación

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain operations with project management experience.
• Experience with SAP/Supply Chain IT tools and digital solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support daily usage of SAP and SC IT tools; act as primary contact between end users and IT teams.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing and coordinate digital project rollouts and change management.
• Develop and deliver training programs and maintain SOPs for all applications in scope.
• Drive process improvement and system quality monitoring; ensure SOX and cGMP compliance.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Global SC, CoE, GSP, and BPO teams.
• Manage user access for Athena, NOVA, and Sanetiq accounts.
• Support audits related to SAP Athena System and project features.
