Job summary

EPSA is seeking a Process Support Team Expert to strengthen its Supply Chain & Logistics Processes team. You will bridge business users, processes, and IT, supporting daily operations and driving SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Role involves testing, training, process optimization, and involvement in major SAP projects, ensuring effective go-live readiness and post‑go live support across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in: Supply Chain Operations, Logistics Processes, Process Support, SAP Support, Business Applications Support, Supply Chain Systems.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and testing/change-management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across supply chain and logistics operations.
• Coach and support end users in using business applications and SAP solutions.
• Investigate, resolve, or coordinate system incidents with IT teams and monitor data quality.
• Coordinate functional testing, UAT, and go-live activities for SAP S/4HANA transformations.

A leading international industrial organization is looking for a Process Support Team Expert to strengthen its Supply Chain & Logistics Processes team.

In this role, you will act as the link between business users, operational processes, and IT solutions. You will support daily supply chain operations while playing a key role in a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

Your Role

As Process Support Team Expert, you will ensure the smooth operation of supply chain and logistics applications while supporting users and driving continuous process improvement.

You will contribute significantly to SAP transformation initiatives, helping business teams prepare for, test, and adopt new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

• Ensure smooth information processing across supply chain and logistics operations.
• Support and coach end users in the effective use of business applications and SAP solutions.
• Investigate, resolve, or coordinate system-related incidents with IT teams.
• Monitor data quality and process performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.

SAP S/4HANA Transformation & Projects

• Prepare and execute functional testing scenarios.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Coordinate incident management during testing phases.
• Assist business teams during go-live preparation activities.
• Provide post go-live support to business stakeholders.
• Participate in process and IT projects with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA migration.

Training & Change Management

• Develop and update training materials and user documentation.
• Train key users and end users on new processes and systems.
• Support organizational change and user adoption initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor for business users throughout transformation projects.

About You

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in:
