Overseas Distribution Company (ODC) is seeking a SOM Representative to manage daily inbound logistics and contribute to projects. You will coordinate, follow up, and step in where needed to keep flows moving smoothly and ensure data accuracy in ERP/WMS systems.

This role requires 3+ years in logistics, fluency in Dutch and English, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. You will collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal colleagues in Antwerp and beyond.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain environment.
• Bachelor's level thinking; logistics-oriented background preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, follow up, and step in to ensure daily inbound flows run smoothly.
• Monitor end-to-end inbound process from order processing to final delivery at the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate administrative processing of order data in ERP/WMS.
• Contribute to SOM projects, process improvements, and implementation initiatives.
• Communicate clearly with suppliers, carriers, and internal colleagues across ODC.

What will you do?

As SOM Representative, you are a central figure in our Supply Chain & Operations team. You keep the daily inbound flows running smoothly — coordinating, following up, and stepping in where needed. But your role goes beyond the day-to-day: you actively contribute to SOM projects, process improvements, and implementation initiatives.

• You supervise the operational flow within the SOM department: daily coordination, follow-up, and quality control of goods movements.
• You monitor the full inbound process — from order processing and transport coordination to final delivery at the warehouse — and proactively resolve logistical challenges.
• You ensure accurate and up-to-date administrative processing of order data in our systems (ERP, WMS).
• You contribute to SOM projects: process optimisations, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• You maintain clear and proactive communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal colleagues across ODC.

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain environment.
• Comfortable working with ERP and/or WMS systems.
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious — you take ownership of your work.
• Proactive and solution-driven: you don't wait for problems to elevate.
• Both independent and a genuine team player — you take initiative and collaborate naturally.
• Cost‑aware and business-minded.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Bachelor's level thinking, preferably with a logistics-oriented background.
