Lyreco Benelux is seeking a Replenisher to manage supplier stock and drive replenishment execution. You will optimize stock levels, manage purchasing, and collaborate with Demand & Supply Planning to ensure timely deliveries and minimal backorders.

The role requires a Bachelor or higher, strong Excel skills, and fluency in French and English (Dutch a plus). You will work with SAP and coordinate with Marketing and Goods In to align on stock and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree.
• Experience in supply chain (retail sector preferred).
• Excel proficiency (pivot tables, matrices).
• PC literacy: Word/PowerPoint/Outlook.
• SAP knowledge is required.
• French and English required; Dutch is a plus.

Reporting directly to the Demand & Supply Planning manager, the Replenisher is managing a group of suppliers, from supply chain conditions in contracts, through order management and implement action plan to reach the best supplier contributions.

The Replenisher is also accountable for the stock level, quality for products within his/her scope and responsible for the operational execution of inventory replenishment from suppliers.

• General responsibilities

Depending On The Composition Of The Team And The Time, The Exact Job Content May Vary But Generally Will Be a Combination Of The Tasks Listed Below.

• Placing orders (review purchase requisitions/DA) and operational follow up of supply (order acknowledgment, direct shipments , ...), ensuring goods are delivered on time, expediting supplier deliveries by all means to avoid backorder and eventually manage delays in collaboration with goods-in department
• Operational stock management of assigned categories
• Administration of supply for assigned categories/suppliers
• Operational maintenance of supply parameters
• Ensuring stock level is fully optimized by setting accurate MRP parameters, considering new products/no movers/slow movers/overstock/delisted products/temporary promotions
• Inventory review and management of overstocks
• Operational follow up of suppliers
• Operational follow up of inventory
• Operational alignment with MKT
• Establishing specific processes and owner for a number of suppliers and/or product sections (e.g. managing slow moving & dead stock, managing the supplier performance metrics and animation,…)
• Managing suppliers, evaluating their service level (SSL), setting up action plan accordingly and following up action plan (claim compensation)
• Sharing forecasts with suppliers to reduce supplier lead time and facilitate SSL target achievement
• Analysing the root causes (RCA) of backorder and turn results into a continuous improvement action plan in order to minimize the impact on customer experience and cost
• Collaborating with marketing at operational & tactical level to optimize inventory quality and organizing Review meetings with marketing to identify / address supply issues.
• Optimisation of supply chain conditions in contracts (lead time, lot size, identification, ASN, ..)
• Might be involved in the control supplier invoices
• Dealing with supplier litigation and planning supplier returns when necessary
