SCR-SIBELCO NV in Dessel is seeking a Supervisor & Planner Maintenance Mechanical to lead the daily planning, follow-up, and coordination of mechanical maintenance and repairs on our installations. You will ensure high availability with safety and reliability at the forefront, in a 24/7 production environment.

You will supervise a team of about 12 technicians together with the Supervisor Maintenance, coordinating with production, warehouse and external partners.

Job Description

Als Maintenance Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse planning, opvolging en coördinatie van mechanische onderhouds- en herstellingswerken aan onze installaties. Je zorgt voor een optimale beschikbaarheid van de installaties met aandacht voor veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid. Je werkt in een 24/7 productieomgeving en geeft operationeel leiding aan een team van ongeveer 12 techniekers samen met je collega Supervisor Maintenance en werkt nauw samen met productie, magazijn en externe partijen. De functie omvat zowel werkzaamheden binnen de plant als op onze buitenlocaties zoals laadplaatsen en de baggerboten in de groeves.
