Sibelco is seeking a Sales Manager based in Dessel to drive growth across the sub-regional market. You will be responsible for selling Sibelco group products from global plants within your territory and identifying new opportunities to expand applications.

The role requires a chemistry background and fluency in Dutch, English and French, with a strong focus on relationship-building and DMU engagement. This is a permanent position in Belgium.

Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible to achieve maximum profitable growth and sales objectives (volume, Net Sales and Gross Margin) in line with Sibelco's vision, strategic objectives and policies in the geographic sub-regional area assigned.

The Sales Manager is fully responsible for the sales of Sibelco group products, coming from plants across the globe, within his/her geographic sub-region.

The Sales Manager is responsible to identify new sales opportunities, commercialize new products and develop sales into new applications.

The Sales Manager understands the market and key players active in the sub-region and builds the necessary market intelligence to retain and extend the Customer portfolio.

A certain knowledge on exports and trading is required.

• Competencies: Sales-driven, Strong relationship-building skills, Skilled at identifying and engaging decision-making units (DMUs).
