As finance activities become increasingly standardized and automated, the supervisor reviews outputs, manages exceptions, monitors service delivery, and ensures that Belgian legal, tax, payroll, banking, and regulatory requirements continue to be met.

  • Work closely with regional and global teams as finance activities evolve, while ensuring that Belgium-specific requirements, service quality, and clear responsibilities are maintained.
  • Review system-generated outputs, investigate exceptions, and follow up on errors, data issues, and control matters.
  • Play an active role in modernizing Belgium’s finance processes by helping reduce manual work, improve data quality, and introduce practical automation and simpler ways of working.

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.
