Job summary

Brussels Airlines invites motivated students to join our Cabin Crew team on a summer 2027 contract via Randstad for a temporary position. You will serve as a friendly and professional host on board, ensuring safety, comfort, and top-notch service throughout Europe.

After selection, you will undergo a 37-day training period funded by the airline, with paid entry into a student contract post-training. The role offers hands-on experience with Belgium's flagship airline.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 by training start date.
• Must have completed one year of higher education after secondary school.
• EU citizen or eligible to work in the EU.
• Diploma copy (minimum A2) required.
• International passport valid for 6 months+.
• Excellent language skills in English, French and Dutch.
• Available for at least 1 full month in summer 2027.
• Willing to work irregular hours including weekends.
• Own transportation to airport, including early/late flights.
• Willing to wear Brussels Airlines uniform and adherence to style guide.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service on board.
• Ensure cabin safety and follow procedures.
• Be punctual for pre-flight briefings and operations.
• Maintain high standards of safety and service during flight.
