Job summary

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Traffic & Project Manager to coordinate high-volume in-house studio work from brief to delivery. You will manage end-to-end projects, build production plans, timelines, and resource allocations, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple channels and partners.

You will work closely with designers, copywriters, and operations teams, maintain visibility on project status, and help improve efficiency with structured processes and checklists.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in project/traffic management or production coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects.
• Experience collaborating with creative, design, and operations teams.
• Excellent planning and attention to detail.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch or French, with English also required.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end to end from brief to delivery and follow-up.
• Review briefs and translate them into clear production plans.
• Create timelines, allocate resources, and track progress across workstreams.
• Own day-to-day traffic management and balance workloads.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, production and operations teams.
• Ensure assets are delivered on time and to spec.
• Support quality control and improve delivery processes.
