Medtronic in Brussels is seeking an IT Health Application Student Worker to support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of digital health solutions used for cardiac implant management. The role blends on-site and remote work with frequent customer visits in Belgium and Luxembourg, totaling 15–20 hours per week.

You will install and test medical IT solutions, coordinate equipment deliveries, provide user training, and document activities in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Digital Health, Biomedical Engineering, Networking, or related field.
• Fluent in Dutch or French; good command of English.
• Strong interest in healthcare technology; analytical and organized.
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.

A Day in the Life As an IT Health Application Student Worker within Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm Management team, you will support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of digital health solutions used for cardiac implant management. You will work with hospitals, IT teams, and healthcare professionals to ensure successful implementation of the CareLink SmartSync Programmer and related technologies.

Internship Details

• Start Date: September 2026
• Location: Brussels/Belgium
• Duration: 12 months
• Working hours: 15-20 hours per week
• Work Model: Hybrid, frequent customer visits in Belgium and Luxemburg (>80%)

• Pay range: approximately €2,000 to €2,200 Gross monthly
