UNIQUE in Brussels is seeking a versatile Travel & Customer Care Assistant (Student) to support the DiscoverEU team in delivering smooth travel coordination and high-quality participant support. You will respond to inquiries by email and chat, coordinate travel logistics, and help maintain accurate records.

Ideal candidates are available June–August (with extension to Sept–Oct for German/Dutch/Polish speakers), have excellent English, and good writing skills in German, Dutch, or Polish.

• Good writing skills in German, Dutch, or Polish.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to participant enquiries via email and chat.
• Coordinate travel logistics and document verification.
• Identify and escalate complex cases to appropriate teams.
• Manage special travel situations and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal IT security protocols.
• Support administrative tasks and team coordination.
