• Experience implementing asset management for civil/building assets.
• Familiarity with ISO 55000 and risk-based decision making.
• Ability to translate principles into practical maintenance strategies.
• Strong skills in planning, governance and KPI definition.

Responsabilidades

• Support design and rollout of the asset management system for civil and building assets.
• Help structure asset registers, hierarchies, criticality models, maintenance logic, KPIs and documentation flows.
• Translate asset management principles such as ISO 55000, lifecycle thinking and risk-based decision-making into practical methods.
• Contribute to tactical asset planning, maintenance strategy and lifecycle management.
• Develop tactical plans to improve the reliability, safety and service life of buildings and structural assets.
• Create, maintain and optimize multi-year maintenance plans.
• Define and monitor performance indicators for civil and structural assets.
• Translate risks, degradation insights and operational feedback into maintenance strategies, improvement actions and project proposals.
• Investigate degradation, deficiencies and incidents to reduce structural risks.
• Carry out root cause analyses for recurring technical issues and structural shortcomings.
• Prepare project scope documents and CAPEX/OPEX proposals when required.
• Support design, review and handover so assets are inspectable, maintainable and reliable.
