Job summary

EngiFlex BV in Belgium seeks an Asset Management Engineer focused on civil and structural assets at our Hoboken site. You will shape and deploy an asset management approach for buildings and related civil assets, advancing lifecycle thinking and risk-based maintenance in collaboration with production and engineering teams.

This hands-on role covers asset planning, maintenance strategy, and KPI development, with emphasis on ISO 55000, SEVESO and Eurocode compatibility.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in industrial asset management.
• Ability to translate asset management principles into practical methods.
• Strong analytical skills for risk and degradation data.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, with good communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Asset management system development and rollout for civil/building assets.
• Asset planning and lifecycle follow-up to improve reliability and service life.
• Risk analysis and continuous improvement to reduce structural risks.
• Work preparation with complete work packages and planning inputs.
• Small improvement projects including scope, budgeting and coordination.
• Design and compliance support ensuring lifecycle performance and standards.
