Job summary

Netwerk is seeking an Industrial Asset Management Engineer to help set up, implement and improve the asset management system for civil and building assets at our Antwerp site. You will focus on tactical planning, maintenance strategy and lifecycle management while converting operation insights into concrete improvements.

You will translate ISO 55000 concepts into practical methods, standardize asset data, and collaborate with production, maintenance and engineering to ensure repeatable,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of demonstrable experience in industrial asset management.
• Master's degree in engineering (civil/construction engineering preferred).
• Affinity with construction/civil engineering (bouwkunde).
• Knowledge of ISO 55000, SEVESO and Eurocode.

Responsibilities

• Set up tactical plans for the structural reliability, safety and lifetime of civil/building assets.
• Create and manage multi-year maintenance plans for civil structures and building assets.
• Capture and analyze complaints, asset issues and opportunities from production.
• Translate risks into concrete maintenance strategies and project proposals.
• Define and monitor KPI for civil/structural asset management.
• Embed asset management practices with production, maintenance and engineering teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare work packages and handover to work coordinator.
