Job summary

Axis Group is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Associate to shape growth, expansion strategies, and AI-enabled transformations for clients. You will translate analyses into actionable plans and collaborate with management, investment teams, and engineers.

You bring 2–4 years in a top strategy firm or analytical setting, strong PowerPoint and data skills, and fluency in Dutch, with professional French and English. A hands-on mindset and interest in technology are valued.

Qualifications

• Has 2 to 4 years of experience at a leading strategy consulting firm or in a similar analytical setting.
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Has excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Is skilled at working with data, numbers, and quantitative analyses.
• Has a strong interest in financial markets, investments, technology, and artificial intelligence.
• Has a hands-on mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Has experience with or an interest in coding and AI-supported development, which is considered an asset.
• Is fluent in Dutch and has a professional-level command of French and English.

Responsibilities

• You will contribute to our client’s strategic development and advise management on growth, international expansion, partnerships, and business models;
• You will analyze markets, competitors, customers, and investment opportunities and translate these analyses into concrete strategic actions;
• You will develop a Strategy & Execution Platform that links business objectives, KPIs, projects, and operational activities;
• You will further develop a central content platform for investment research, client communications, and commercial documentation;
• You structure complex information and transform it into clear analyses, presentations, and reports for management;
• You support financial advisors with client files, prospects, portfolio analyses, and commercial opportunities;
• You will actively contribute to the organization’s digital and AI-driven transformation;
• You will collaborate with management, investment teams, financial advisors, and engineers.
