The Role

As a Strategy Consultant (Manager), you will lead client engagements focused on strategic data and AI transformation. You will take full ownership of project delivery while also contributing to the continued development and growth of the firm.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating strategic workshops with executive teams and senior stakeholders
• Evaluating how data and AI influence business strategy, operating models, and organizational decision-making
• Turning strategic goals into clear priorities, actionable initiatives, and transformation roadmaps
• Ensuring clarity, alignment, and quality across consulting engagements
• Providing intellectual leadership and guidance to consultants working on projects
• Serving as a trusted advisor to clients as they navigate transformation and change
