Conveo is seeking a Strategy & Ops Lead to diagnose leakages in GTM motions, own cross-functional workstreams, and turn learnings into scalable playbooks and templates. You will drive end-to-end projects, automate repetitive tasks, and train teams for a smooth handover, enabling rapid velocity across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

The role requires sharp analytical skills, a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration, and a willingness to base in Antwerp or the UK

Qualifications

• 1–3 years at top strategy consulting with end-to-end workstream ownership.
• Sharp analytical skills to model data and test assumptions.
• Clear written communication to speed decision-making.
• Proven ability to own projects from scope to delivery.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally without formal authority.
• AI-native mindset; prefer using AI and automation.
• Willing to be based in Antwerp HQ or the UK with travel.

Responsabilités

• Run diagnostics for functions to identify leaks with evidence.
• Own a cross-functional workstream and drive momentum weekly.
• Document playbooks, templates, dashboards, and trackers.
• Automate repetitive tasks and enable teams to operate independently.
• Train teams and support handover for 4–6 weeks.
