Conveo in Antwerp/London/New York offers a hybrid GTM Operations lead role focused on diagnosing and fixing revenue-motion leaks. You will build cohorts, funnels, and cycle-time views, shadow customer-facing teams, and translate observations into patterns that drive action.

You will own cross-functional workstreams end-to-end, run weekly updates, ship v1s quickly, and develop scalable playbooks and templates for Sales, CS, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategy consulting or equivalent operator roles.
• Strong ability to pull data, build models, and test assumptions.
• Excellent written communication to accelerate decisions.
• Demonstrated success owning end-to-end projects without hand-holding.
• Experience collaborating across functions and keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Natural AI-enabled approach to tooling and automation.
• Willingness to be based in Antwerp HQ or the UK with travel.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose leaks in the revenue motion with rigorous analysis.
• Build cohorts, funnels, churn views, and cycle-time metrics to reveal bottlenecks.
• Shadow customer-facing calls and rituals to understand real workflows.
• Interview CS, AEs, onboarding leads, and support staff to extract patterns.
• Size revenue/time leaks and rank fixes for executive review.
• Own a workstream in cross-functional projects and manage smaller projects end-to-end.
• Lead end-to-end workstreams: plan, cadence, artefacts, decisions, escalations.
• Keep stakeholders aligned with proactive updates and clear status.
• Ship a v1 quickly, measure KPIs, iterate until metrics improve.
• Escalate blockers with a drafted fix and avoid delays.
• Turn motion into a repeatable playbook and document workflows.
