Jobtailor in Antwerp is seeking a driven strategy professional to lead a diagnostic workstream and own smaller projects end-to-end within cross-functional programs.

You will turn the momentum into playbooks, collaborate across teams, and move quickly from scope to ship. The role requires 1–3 years from top strategy firms, sharp analytics, crisp writing, and AI-native mindset; base in Antwerp or the UK with regular HQ travel.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years at a top strategy consulting firm (MBB, Big 4 Strategy, LEK, OC&C, Roland Berger, Oliver Wyman) with evidence of owning a workstream end to end.
• Sharp analytical chops.
• Crisp written communication.
• Proven ability to own something end to end, from scope to ship, without hand-holding.
• Evidence of cross-functional collaboration.
• AI-native.
• Willing to be based in Antwerp HQ or the UK, with regular travel to HQ.
