Job summary

ENGIE Belgium is seeking a Strategy & Business Consultant Manager in Brussels with extensive consulting experience to drive transformation programs and digital initiatives. You will lead missions end-to-end, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver tangible value across operations and corporate settings.

The role combines strategic advisory with people development, coaching, and knowledge sharing to accelerate the energy transition within ENGIE Consulting’s international remit.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent.
• 10–15 years’ experience in consulting or similar environments.
• Exposure to transformation programs, digital & innovation projects, lean & operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic missions and serve as trusted advisor to top management.
• Analyze client needs, define impactful solutions and structure projects.
• Manage timelines, deliverables and teams; drive business growth.
• Contribute to business development and co-create new consulting offers.
• Develop people, coach consultants, and share best practices.
• Engage in internal initiatives and knowledge sharing; shape ENGIE Consulting's future.

Your profile as Strategy & Business Consultant Manager

• Master’s degree (Engineering, Business or equivalent)
• 10-15 years’ experience in consulting or similar environments, with exposure to:

• Digital & innovation projects
• Lean & operational excellence
• Fluent in English + French and/or Dutch
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills
• Client-centric mindset with strong influencing skills
• Agile, collaborative, and results-driven
