Fluvius is seeking a temporary coordinator for its Brand Management & Creative Studio in Melle, Belgium. The role focuses on analyzing planning and traffic activities, creating a sustainable processes structure, and serving as the main operational contact for management and creatives during a 7 December 2026 to 20 May 2027 assignment.

Telework is possible by agreement with the Fluvius team lead, with travel to other sites and on-site attendance as needed.

Competenze

• Operational meeting facilitation.
• Cost and workload management.
• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Clear empathetic communication skills.
• Dutch proficiency at CEFR C2.

Mansioni

• Follow a targeted action plan with the studio head.
• Analyze and map current studio traffic and planning activities, including collaboration with internal customers.
• Develop a sustainable structure of processes, tools and roles to optimize studio planning and traffic cost‑efficiently.
• Introduce, test and adjust the structure while serving as the first contact and operational link for management, internal customers, creatives and external parties.
• Prepare, monitor and optimize project planning for all ongoing studio assignments.
• Translate briefs into concrete timelines, deliverables and capacity estimates.
• Set priorities during peak workload and make decisions when necessary.
• Map and allocate creative staff capacity.
