Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a mid-sized manufacturing client to appoint an HR Manager who will develop and implement a strategic HR policy, aligning with business objectives and workforce needs. You will support management in HR decisions, drive recruitment, and guide employee development.

The role requires robust knowledge of Belgian labor law, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian social law and HR processes.
• Fluent Dutch and English, other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic HR policy aligned with company goals.
• Support management in HR-related decisions and processes.
• Manage recruitment and attract talent.
• Coach and develop employees.
• Monitor and implement social and labor law compliance.
• Oversee performance evaluations and career development.
• Improve internal communication and collaboration within the team.
• Report HR metrics and KPIs to management.
