Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Workforce Planner for Program Management in Europe and the United Kingdom to drive staffing forecasts and deployment across projects. This role partners with Sector Leaders and Directors to manage conflicts, improve data quality and ensure optimal resource allocation.

You will build strong networks, monitor the demand marketplace, and provide regular dashboard insights while onboarding new joiners and ensuring WFP data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning or deployment coordination in AEC or related professional services in Europe/UK.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to workforce planning.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regional talent trends and employment law relevant to workforce planning.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adherence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Engage regularly with team managers in Europe/UK to maximize billability and forecast reliability.
• Manage demand marketplace and identify work for planning in advance.
• Own the 12-week look-ahead quality for teams within remit.
• Provide dashboards insights to enable informed decision-making.
• Identify recruitment needs and coordinate with Talent Acquisition.
• Onboard new joiners and maintain WFP Tags data.
• Escalate supply and demand risks to Sector WFP Directors.
