Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Workforce Planner for Program Management across Europe and the UK. The role focuses on driving workforce planning from frontline operations, supporting pursuits and projects through talent deployment and data quality improvements.

You will collaborate with Sector and Service leaders, build strong internal networks, and provide insights from dashboards to senior stakeholders to inform decisions. A background in analytics and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning or deployment coordination within professional services.
• Strong understanding of workforce analytics and forecasting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with team managers across Europe/UK to optimize billability and forecast reliability.
• Manage demand market-place and identify recruitment needs for programs.
• Ensure 12-week look-ahead accuracy and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Act as primary contact for talent seeking opportunities and maintain WFP Tags data.
