Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a senior Workforce Planning Lead in Belgium to oversee demand forecasting and talent resourcing across EUK. You will partner with team managers, project leaders and Talent Acquisition to ensure resource availability and data integrity, while driving process improvements and tool adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resource planning, deployment coordination or similar operational planning roles in EUK.
• Deep understanding of workforce analytics and forecasting and how demand signals affect deployment.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management with team/project leaders and Talent Acquisition.
• Knowledge of regional talent trends, labor markets and employment law in workforce planning.
• Analytical and data-driven, identifying data gaps and improving accuracy of information.
• Change management and transformation to support evolving processes and tools.
• Understanding of WFP data processes, tags and demand matching.
• Client-focused, solution-driven mindset translating needs into actions.
• Strong communication, providing timely feedback and early warnings.
• Ability to balance priorities and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Engage with team managers across EUK to maximize billability and forecast reliability.
• Own the 12-week look-ahead quality and accuracy for the team.
• Identify recruitment needs and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage demand marketplace and enrich workforce data.
• Onboard new joiners and maintain profiles in WFP Tags.
• Develop a strong network with pursuit leaders and project managers.
• Escalate supply and demand risks and communicate early warnings.
