Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager in Bruxelles, Belgium to lead strategic change initiatives across our financial services client base. You will manage complex programs driving growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, digital innovation, and improved customer experience.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing projects to meet scope, time, and budget goals while aligning with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent preferred.
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is considered an asset.
• Fluent in English & French and/or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects from initiation to post-deployment review.
• Develop project plans, governance, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Monitor performance and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
