Job summary

Zohorecruit is looking for a highly skilled SAP Finance Manager to lead SAP-enabled finance transformations in Belgium. You will oversee design, delivery and governance of SAP Finance projects, mentoring a team of consultants and collaborating with stakeholders across finance and technology.

You will drive cash management, liquidity forecasting, and FSCM optimisations, while staying current with S/4HANA innovations and supporting business development efforts.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of SAP Finance experience.
• Hands-on implementation of SAP Finance modules (Cash Management, FSCM, CO).
• Strong knowledge of liquidity, cash flows and financial supply chain processes.
• Experience mapping requirements to functional SAP designs and leading workshops.
• Excellent stakeholder management with finance leadership and CFOs.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Finance projects from design to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Oversee configuration, testing, integration, and quality of deliverables.
• Mentor and develop a team of functional consultants and share knowledge.
• Support business development with proposals and client pitches.
• Stay current with SAP innovations and apply them to client solutions.
