Zohorecruit seeks a Project Manager for Business Process Optimisation in Brussels. The role focuses on leading transformation initiatives across functions, turning strategic objectives into actionable plans, and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, controls and customer experience.

You will work with senior stakeholders to charter projects, manage budgets and timelines, and drive agile process improvements within a global banking and financial services environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of practical experience in project management, transformation, operational excellence or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, with practical experience in Agile environments.
• Proven experience in process management, process optimisation and business process reengineering.
• Excellent planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with the confidence to challenge established ways of working.

Responsabilidades

• Establish project charters in collaboration with business stakeholders, defining and monitoring scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks.
• Take end-to-end ownership of transformation projects, from initiation and planning through implementation and closure.
• Manage project budgets, resources, delivery teams and timelines while ensuring quality standards.
• Analyse existing business processes and operating models to identify efficiency and customer experience improvements.
• Map As-Is processes, identify gaps, design To-Be processes and operating models.
• Define and track performance indicators to ensure sustainable improvements.
• Work with senior stakeholders to define scope, evaluate solutions and develop implementation plans.
• Identify resources, technology, budgets and capabilities required for delivery.
