Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a driven Trade Category Manager Sauces in Antwerp to lead retailer and channel strategy for the Belgian market within the Benelux unit. You will work with marketing, sales, finance, procurement and other commercial teams to craft and execute the category plan, including NPD funding, pricing, promotions and distribution targets.

The role requires at least 3 years in a related field, fluency in Dutch/English/French and a valid EU work permit.

Qualifications

• EU Working Permit required to proceed for this position.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in consulting, business analyses, sales, marketing or trade marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define retailer-specific and channel strategies including promo, price, shelf and assortment.
• Drive business growth for Culinary and Snacks sauces in the Benelux region.
• Partner with Account Managers to implement commercial strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CDM, Finance and Procurement to build and execute the commercial plan for NPD.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly and yearly considering sell-out and stock levels.
