Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a driven Trade Category Manager Sauces in Antwerp to own category strategy for Belgian retailers and Benelux markets. You will draft commercial plans, identify brand and category opportunities and partner with retailers, marketing, sales and finance to deliver strong results.

You will collaborate closely with Account Managers, CDM and Marketing, work in a hybrid model, and contribute to a culture of ownership, agility and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• Proficient in Dutch, English and French.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in consulting, business analyses, sales, marketing, category, trade marketing and similar roles.
• EU Working Permit required.

Responsibilities

• The definition of the Retailer specific strategy and Channel strategy including promo, price, shelf and assortment.
• The Business Growth of the Kraft Heinz Company for the assigned categories (Culinary -and Snacksauces).
• Being the main point of reference in the implementation of the commercial strategy, partnering with Account Managers during internal and external sessions.
• Working closely with Marketing and CDM to build the commercial plan for NPD with cost price, margin and distribution targets by customer and channel.
• Working closely with sales, finance and supply to build accurate forecast by month, quarter and year.
