Kraft Heinz Belgium invites a driven Trade Category Manager Sauces to lead the category strategy for our Sauces portfolio with Belgian customers. You will partner with Account Managers, Marketing, Sales and Finance across Benelux, shaping promo, pricing, shelf and assortment decisions.

You will build commercial plans for new product introductions, forecast demand, and work cross-functionally to deliver growth in a dynamic FMCG environment within Antwerp.

Formación

• EU Working Permit required (Orientation Year visa not included).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proficient in Dutch, English and French.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, business analyses, sales, marketing, category, trade marketing or similar roles.
• FMCG experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define retailer and channel strategy including promo, price, shelf and assortment.
• Drive business growth for the Sauces category in Belgium.
• Lead implementation of commercial strategy with Account Managers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CDM, Sales, Finance and Procurement to build NPD plans and distribution targets.
• Forecast by month, quarter and year considering sell-in/sell-out and stock levels.
