In4Matic is seeking an experienced Test Manager to own testing activities across a portfolio of projects. You will lead testing efforts, coordinate with project teams, business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and test engineers to ensure quality that meets business and regulatory expectations.

You will define testing approaches, manage defects, and report progress while aligning testing across teams. Strong Dutch and English skills and ISTQB Foundation are required; Bachelor's or Master's

• Proven experience coordinating testing in complex projects.
• ISTQB Foundation certification is required.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Define testing strategies and plans for major projects.
• Coordinate testing across all project phases.
• Monitor test execution, analyze results, and report on quality, risk and progress.
• Manage defects and follow up to resolution.
• Provide clear updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support governance and alignment of testing practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies.
