In4Matic is seeking an experienced Test Manager to own testing across a portfolio of projects. You will lead testing activities, coordinate teams, and report on quality, risks and progress to stakeholders in a clear, proactive manner.

Tthe role requires ISTQB Foundation, fluent Dutch and English, and a solid IT background with insurance sector exposure. A bachelor's or master's degree is expected, and familiarity with Azure DevOps and Power BI is advantageous.

Qualifications

• ISTQB Foundation certification required.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Experience coordinating testing in complex, multi-team environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Define testing strategies and plans for major projects.
• Coordinate testing activities across all project phases.
• Monitor test execution and report on quality, risks and progress.
• Manage defects and follow them through to resolution.
• Provide clear updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support governance and alignment of testing practices across teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and quality standards.
