In4Matic in Belgium is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join a client team and improve the quality and reliability of applications and test environments. You will develop, execute, and maintain automated tests, identify defects, and ensure assets are reliable and reusable while aligning technical and business stakeholders.

The role requires ISTQB Foundation, experience with OpenText UFT, HP ALM, VBScript, Power BI, and familiarity with Azure DevOps or VSTS.

Qualifications

• ISTQB Foundation certification required or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Identifying, documenting, and following up on defects in a structured and timely way.
• Maintaining test assets to ensure reliability, consistency, and reusability.
• Distinguishing between genuine defects and test/environment issues.
• Supporting accurate test reporting and following up on outstanding issues.
• Contributing to testing governance and alignment across stakeholders.
