NVISO is seeking a Technical Lead Manager to provide cross-silo technical leadership across CEN, aligning capabilities, standards and long-term vision. You will coach leads, drive standardization, and influence architecture for strategic projects with high stake customer engagements.

You will translate business needs into pragmatic technical direction, ensuring delivery excellence while growing capabilities and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 7 years of cybersecurity experience with deep technical exposure.
• Proven leadership in architecture or senior consulting roles in complex customer environments.
• Excellent English communication and ability to align multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Act as the technical alignment lead across CEN, ensuring consistency and collaboration between capabilities.
• Coach and guide technical leads to ensure alignment in vision, service quality, and architectural direction.
• Drive standardization across products, offerings, methodologies, and delivery patterns.
• Identify improvement opportunities, capability gaps, and strategic priorities for CEN services.
• Define technical roadmaps and translate long-term objectives into actionable initiatives.
• Serve as a senior technical authority for complex customer opportunities and engagements.
• Contribute to scoping, pre-sales, solution shaping and architectural direction for strategic projects.
• Support teams in resolving cross-domain technical challenges and enable knowledge sharing.
• Help ensure alignment on priorities, principles, and quality expectations across domains.
• Contribute to internal innovation and maturation of strategic offerings within CEN.
• Stay up to date with market trends and translate into practical guidance for the organization.
