Job summary

You will coordinate multi-domain programs, align technical priorities, and translate customer needs into actionable opportunities while collaborating with Program Directors and Research Fellows.

You will drive execution excellence, build trusted relationships, and escalate risks when needed, shaping collaborations with industry partners across DTCO,

Qualifications

• Solid technical background in semiconductor technology.
• Experience or familiarity with multiple technology domains within semiconductors.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to translate customer needs into programs.
• Proven track record in coordinating complex technical programs across stakeholders.
• Familiarity with imec structures and partnership models.
• Experience collaborating with R&D teams and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders and decision makers.
• Act as voice of the customer within imec to align priorities.
• Coordinate complex R&D engagements across programs and domains.
• Monitor milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies to stay on track.
• Facilitate communication between customers and imec teams; translate requirements into plans.
• Support executive reviews and strategic discussions with customers.
• Identify growth opportunities by combining customer insight with imec roadmaps.
