Addestino, based in Zele/Brussels, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to shape how we attract talent and contribute to sustainable growth. You will blend end-to-end recruitment with market insights, employer branding, and HR partnering across Flanders, Brussels, and Wallonia.

In this role you will lead hiring for junior and senior profiles, advise stakeholders, build data-driven insights, and help elevate Addestino as an employer of choice while safeguarding a superb

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Master's degree required.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with good knowledge of French, or willingness to improve French.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end recruitment for junior and senior roles.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner for the business.
• Challenge and advise stakeholders on profiles and market realities.
• Collect, analyze, and translate recruitment data into recommendations.
• Initiate and support employer branding initiatives.
• Act as an ambassador for Addestino at recruitment events.
• Safeguard and continuously improve candidate experience.
