Van de Velde in Belgium is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Controller to link financial data with operations across production and distribution. You will partner with COOs and cost centers to steer COGS, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate analysis and strong financial controls.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in economics/finance and at least five years in plant controlling within an international setting. English fluency is required; Dutch is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of Plant Controlling experience in an international environment.
Experience in fashion/retail is a plus.

Responsabilités

Analyze costs related to plant operations and supply chain; prepare budgets, forecasts, and KPIs with key stakeholders.
Perform monthly closings for plant operations; manage accruals, cost allocations, and variance analyses.
Support capital investments; prepare financial analyses and business cases.
Monitor inventory levels and variances; translate findings into actionable insights.
Drive continuous improvement of plant controlling processes and financial controls.
Report to the Group Controller.
