TIENSE SUIKERRAFFINADERIJ in Belgium is seeking a Business Controller to partner with operations, sales and other departments. You will drive cost analysis, dashboards and financial reporting for multiple sugar manufacturing processes and support monthly closings and forecasts.

The role requires a Master’s in economics, 5+ years in controlling, strong Excel pivots, and SAP FiCo/BI familiarity. Dutch/English fluent; French helpful. A company car and fringe benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Master's Degree (e.g. economics).
Minimum 5 years of experience in business/operational controlling or in an analyst function.
Excellent level of Dutch and English; French good level.
Strong affinity with IT tools: Excel with pivot tables essential; reports/dashboards with a modern tool set required.

Responsabilités

Develop automatic cost analyses and dashboards for decision making.
Create added value by making recommendations and enabling well-founded decisions.
Develop, maintain and follow up on budgets, forecasts, cost targets and KPI; monitor cost efficiencies.
Play an active role in monthly and yearly closings and forecasting processes.
Report to the Director Controlling and collaborate with Südzucker Group colleagues.
