Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Customer Experience Renewal Manager to empower customers to transform their business through Cisco solutions. You will own and implement renewal contracts across assigned accounts, working with customers, partners and Cisco teams to drive renewals to timely closure while reducing renewal risk and attrition.

You'll build understanding of customer procurement processes, gain knowledge of Cisco technologies, and conduct financial assessments to support renewals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years in technology sales or enterprise renewal.
• Proven end-to-end renewal cycle management.
• Negotiation and closing services/software renewals.
• Strong data analysis over large installed base.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement renewal contracts across assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with customers, partners and Cisco teams to define renewal strategy.
• Drive renewals to timely closure and minimize attrition.
• Analyze renewal opportunities and upsell when applicable.
