Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a Strategic Purchasing Manager to lead the European purchasing function and oversee supplier strategy and quality across operations. You will manage a purchasing and quality team and drive sourcing initiatives to optimize value and performance.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years in industrial procurement, strong leadership, ERP experience, and fluency in English, Dutch, and French.

• Minimum 10 years' experience in procurement within an industrial environment.
• Proven people management experience.
• Strong strategic sourcing and supplier management expertise.
• Experience negotiating contracts and driving savings initiatives.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
