Fortinet in Diegem is seeking a Major Account Manager - Public Sector to drive enterprise deployments across Belgium and neighboring markets.

You will lead new business pitches, grow existing accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver bids, RFI/RFP responses, and accurate forecasts.

Requirements include 5+ years in public sector sales, excellent presentation and communication skills in English and French (Dutch a plus), and prior network security experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years prior sales experience in Public Sector.
• Fully qualified, experienced sales professional with a tech focus.
• Experience designing business plans and market strategies to increase sales.
• Proven ability to sell solutions and achieve quota.
• Proven track record of quota achievement and career stability.
• Excellent presentation skills to executives and individual contributors.
• Excellent English and French communication; Dutch a plus.
• A self-motivated, independent thinker who moves deals through the cycle.
• Results-oriented, self-starter, hunter mentality; thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Previous experience in network security (VPN, Firewall, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, IPS, Content Filtering).

Responsabilités

• Play an integral role in new business pitches, foster long-term relationships, negotiate terms for enterprise-wide deployments of Fortinet solutions.
• On-board new clients and focus on growing existing accounts.
• Generate a robust sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver bids, proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and SOWs reflecting excellence.
• Travel throughout the territory to support the business.
