Westinghouse Electric Belgium is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead the development of complex offers (generally over $5M), concentrating on commercial elements and the pricing file while ensuring compliance with Westinghouse governance.

Based in Nivelles, Belgium, with hybrid work options, you will organize meetings, coordinate inputs from multiple functions, and support negotiations through to final contract signature. Limited domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management required.
• 3+ years of experience in the industrial sector.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, D365, PowerBI, and PRIME.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Offer Development Process for large/complex offers and align with governance.
• Costing/Pricing collaboration to develop cost models and margins.
• Governance Process: ensure LOA levels and approvers; prepare materials.
• Collaborate with departments to support pricing strategies and risk mitigation.
