Westinghouse Electric Belgium seeks a Customer Solutions Engineer to span business development, proposals, and project leadership across Europe, Latin America, and Asia. You will work with the Customer Solutions Manager, Sales, Product Management, and Project teams to translate customer needs into compelling value propositions and winning opportunities.

This role combines technical and commercial delivery on low to medium complexity projects, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years in engineering, project management or business development.
• Experience in industrial, energy, nuclear or service environments desirable.
• Fluent French and English required.

Responsabilités

• Develop technical proposals, bids, presentations, and customer offers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Solutions Managers, Product Management, and Project Managers to align needs with capabilities.
• Shape value propositions that differentiate Westinghouse solutions.
• Lead low to medium complexity projects from initiation to close-out.
• Monitor risks, schedule, cost, and performance; ensure KPI reporting.
