Job summary

Anotech, a subsidiary of ALTEN, seeks a Buyer for Project Services in its Brussels/Schaerbeek office. You will source a wide range of services for high-CAPEX energy projects, manage a multi-million-euro annual expenditure, and align internal stakeholders with suppliers.

The role includes 2–3 home-working days weekly and occasional travel to Berlin. Requirements include a Master’s degree in procurement or related field, fluency in Dutch or French with English, and strong negotiation and

Qualifications

Master’s degree with relevant experience in procurement, commercial, or contract management.
Experience with public procurement, outsourced studies, project management, or supplier performance management is a plus.
Fluent in Dutch or French with professional English.
Ability to manage multiple projects, contracts, suppliers, risks, and deadlines.
Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute category, tender, and sourcing strategies for outsourced project services.
Act as a trusted commercial partner through supplier selection, negotiation, and implementation.
Build and maintain effective supplier relationships with contract management and performance follow-up.
Manage commercial, contractual, operational, and supplier risks with mitigation and corrective actions.
Ensure accurate contract implementation and follow-up in ERP and reporting tools.
Improve transparency and efficiency through data, reporting, and automation.
